Andrew supports individuals, couples and families with personalised counselling that connects self-understanding with practical steps for everyday life.
ANDREW’S APPROACH
Andrew works with individuals, couples and families, bringing experience from diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, colleges and addiction treatment centres. He supports clients facing challenges related to addiction, mental health, grief, pain and life transitions.
A Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor, Andrew specialises in video game addiction counselling and is credentialed to provide mental health counselling related to video gaming and gambling.
His practice uses a strength-based model, with personalised daily plans that can include goal-setting, routine building, accountability check-ins and progress tracking. He integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), resilience training, conflict resolution strategies and solution-focused approaches to help clients explore challenges and develop practical ways forward.
Andrew is passionate about providing care that honours not only the individual, but also the broader systems and context in which they live. He believes that struggle can present a powerful opportunity for growth and considers it an honour to support others as they navigate life’s challenges.
