We offer sessions via secure video, via phone, or in person at our location in Burlington, ON.
We do not bill insurance companies directly. After your pre-paid session occurs, we provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. You must verify directly with your insurance company any limitations and which designations are covered through your insurance plan.

Our fees range from $175-$450 per session, meeting or consultation. Each practitioners’ rates vary from one another. All payments are to be made prior to your appointment.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers and cheques. Note: Cheques must be given 7 days in advance, prior to appointment date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee consisting of 50% of the hourly rate (excluding emergencies). Please note that this includes not showing up. Cancellation fees are non-reimbursable by insurance providers.
Parking is available at the front entrance in designated parking spaces, and at the rear parking lot wherever there is space available in visitor parking.
We are open Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. We are flexible with our hours. Contact us for more information.

If you and your practitioner feel it is beneficial to extend your session, additional fees will be applied based upon the hourly rate.
An hour session encompasses 50 minutes of therapy, leaving 10 minutes for the therapist to do note taking. A 90 minute session would include 75 minutes of therapy, leaving the therapist 15 minutes for note taking.
