HOLLY’S APPROACH

Space to feel heard.
Support to move forward.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Holly supports individuals in exploring how their unique backgrounds and life experiences shape the way they think, feel, and relate to others.

Holly is passionate about helping clients develop practical strategies that fit their individual needs, with a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD. She also enjoys helping clients navigate relationship challenges, develop healthy boundaries, and build connections that feel safe and fulfilling.

In her work with children and teens, Holly supports the development of emotional awareness and regulation skills, helping young people better understand their feelings and learn ways to navigate big emotions.

Across her work, Holly strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they build self-awareness, recognize their strengths, and develop the confidence to navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel right for them.
