The symptoms of anxiety can include an unrealistic view of problems or excessive worry. Mild anxiety can be vague and unsettling while more severe anxiety can be extremely crippling. Anxiety occurs when a reaction is out of proportion with what might be normally expected in a situation. Our aim is to:

  • Help clients to deal with unpleasant symptoms related to anxiety
  • Help clients to develop tools for managing anxiety while going through significant life changes
