Our spacious office on Plains Rd West in Burlington offers a comfortable setting for in-person counselling. 

Virtual Counselling & Mediation

Our counselors can provide therapeutic support and guidance through digital platforms, making therapy accessible and convenient.

Pastoral Counselling

Some of our counsellors have degrees in religious studies and counselling and can help people integrate their religious values into their emotional and psychological journey.
